Police "Out Of Control"

Who is really in control of Law in this country, the Police or the Government?

The Police in the UK are not really any different from the country of which there are dictator rule, I personally have had an experience of how ruff they can be! In my opinion they are out of control and need brought back under Government control, because I feel that assaulting people on the streets of Nottingham and killing others on the streets of London are only the beginning of how out of control the Police are getting in this country.Freedom of speech is a democratic and constitutional right of British people and it would be fair to say that one of the reason that the police are so out of control is because of the corruption of our Government, they are to busy lining their own pockets and having a wale of a time living it up on tax payers money, they have lost the ability to do their jobs properly.

My storey is that I was assaulted by a police officer in my own home when he came knocking on my door looking for some one else who did not live at my address and when I finally plucked up the courage to go and press charges against the officer, I was told that I could only make a complaint and that he would no be arrested or charged for the assault I am claiming against him? I mean whats that all about? are the police exempt from being charged with assault?

I think our Government needs to start listening to its people instead of trying to make criminals of them!!
